umair,
you give me too much credit here for something i've learnt through several years via hit and miss, watching successful people manage their time and juggle twenty balls at the same time, and reading a lot of different stuff. letting go is difficult and i've watched a lot of people struggle with this in the business world. the problem is compounded when its the family business because a lot is at stake. in partnerships like ours its not that there is less at stake but its different for family businesses. what you do have however is the analytical and 'scientific' training and experience which gives you a very different lens to analyze problems with - something i find invaluable when we huddle on business problems. when i finally get a blog up and running i'm going to put down how a non-techie like me learnt a lot from a code jockey like yourself. here's to a good 08.
